SBA Loan Calculator
SBA loans carry the longest terms and lowest rates in small-business lending. See what that means for your monthly payment.
Estimates only. Actual rates, terms and payments are set by the lender and depend on your business, your credit and the product. Nothing here is an offer of credit or financial advice.
How this calculator works
SBA loans use the same amortization formula as other term loans, but over much longer terms: up to 10 years for most 7(a) working-capital and equipment uses, and up to 25 years for real estate.
The long term is what makes SBA payments so much lower than conventional financing for the same amount, even though more interest is paid in total.
Worked example
A $250,000 SBA loan at 10.75% APR over 10 years works out to about $3,408 a month, with roughly $159,016 in interest over the full term.
Estimates only. Actual offers depend on the lender, your business and the final terms.
