Accessibility statement

Cashifi is committed to making our website and services usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), define how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological differences.

Measures we take

  • Designing with sufficient color contrast and a scalable type system so text remains readable at 200% zoom.
  • Building forms and interactive elements with semantic HTML and ARIA only where needed.
  • Providing keyboard-only access to all interactive controls; focus is always visible.
  • Writing meaningful link text and labels — no “click here”.
  • Supporting screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and reduced-motion preferences.
  • Reviewing new pages and features against an accessibility checklist before release.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party documents (e.g. PDFs from lender partners) and embedded content from external providers may not meet the same standard. We're working to address gaps and welcome reports.

Report a barrier

If you experience a barrier on our site, need an accommodation, or want content in an alternate format, please contact us. We respond within 5 business days.

  • Email: help@cashifi.com
