Terms
Terms of Service
The rules for using Cashifi: what our marketplace does, how we are paid, what we need from you when you apply, and where our responsibility ends and a lender's begins.
Effective September 12, 2026
Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Cashifi ("Cashifi", "we", "us"). By using this site or submitting an application you accept them. If you are applying for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for that business, and "you" means both you and the business.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site.
What we do — and what we are not
Cashifi is a marketplace. We collect one application and introduce your business to third-party lending partners whose criteria it fits.
- Cashifi is not a lender. We do not make loans, issue credit, commit to fund, or set rates or terms.
- Every credit decision is made by the lender, under its own underwriting and its own agreement with you. Read that agreement before you sign it.
- Amounts, rates, terms and funding times shown on this site are typical ranges for illustration. They are not offers and not a promise of what you will be approved for.
- Nothing on this site is financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Get your own advice before taking on debt.
How we are paid
Our lending partners pay us when a business we refer is funded. That compensation can differ between partners and between products, and it may influence which partners appear in the marketplace. It does not change the price a lender quotes you, and Cashifi does not charge the business an upfront fee to apply.
Where we rank or compare offers we tell you what we ranked on. Total cost of capital is the default.
Your obligations when you apply
An application is only as good as what goes into it.
- Everything you submit must be true, current and complete, and you must have the right to give it to us — including information about co-owners.
- You must tell us if something material changes while the application is live.
- You may not apply on behalf of a business without authority, impersonate anyone, or submit forged or altered documents.
- You may not use the site to break the law, to probe or interfere with its security, to scrape it, or to submit automated or bulk applications.
Credit checks and bank data
By applying you authorise us and our lending partners to obtain consumer and business credit reports and other information about you and the business, to verify what you have told us and to evaluate the application. Pre-qualification uses a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A lender you proceed with may run a hard inquiry, which can.
If you choose to connect a bank account, you authorise us to retrieve read-only account and transaction information through our provider for the purpose of underwriting your application. You can decline and upload statements instead.
Electronic signatures and records
You agree to do business with us electronically. When you type your name and draw or type a signature, that signature is legally binding under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law, exactly as a handwritten one would be.
We record the document you signed, a tamper-evident hash of it, the consent language shown to you, the date and time, your IP address and your device. You may withdraw consent to electronic records by contacting us, but we may not be able to continue an application without it.
Communications
You agree that Cashifi and our lending partners may contact you about your application at the phone number and email address you provide, including by automated dialling, prerecorded message and text. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of getting funding.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or set your preferences in your portal.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
We may suspend or close an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these terms.
Our content
The site, its content, design and trade marks belong to Cashifi or our licensors. You may use the site to apply for funding and to read our guides. You may not copy, republish, scrape or build a competing product from our content without written permission.
When you upload documents you keep ownership of them. You give us the licence we need to store them, process them, and pass them to lending partners for your application.
Third-party sites and partners
Once you go to a lender's site or sign a lender's agreement, that relationship is between you and the lender and governed by their terms and privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for their products, decisions, servicing or conduct.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cashifi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the site or these terms is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Cashifi harmless from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or information you submitted that was untrue or that you had no right to provide.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms. We will update the effective date at the top, and for material changes we will give notice through the site or by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we are organised, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Before filing anything, contact us and give us thirty days to resolve the issue — most problems are quicker to fix than to litigate.
